Customer Service Representative
Applicant must meet the following qualifications: high school diploma or GED equivalent. Working knowledge of computers; comprehensive knowledge of word processing, with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel software packages. Ability to effectively meet and deal with the public; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to handle stressful situations. Ability to maintain confidential, sensitive material. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, city employees and public. Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines. Ability to operate personal computer, calculator, copy machine, telephone and fax machine.
Job duties include but are not limited to: Receives the public and answers questions; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens and others and refers, when necessary, to appropriate persons. Composes, types and edits a variety of correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material requiring judgment as to content, accuracy and completeness. Receives and distributes incoming mail.
Receives and receipts payments, and prepares deposits for bank. Keep Business license program current as well as take in Business License fees. Using excellent customer service skills establishes and maintains effecting working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public. Attendance at work is an essential function of this position.

Asbestos Abatement Worker
Pay: $15-18 an hour Job Type: Part-Time Shift & Schedule: 4-8 hour shift, flextime, Monday to Friday
Skills: Asbestos Abatement: Training Available.
OSHA Knowledge: Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to ensure compliance during abatement activities.
Building Skills: Basic knowledge of construction principles and techniques to assist with building tasks during restoration projects.
