The City of Mullins is now accepting applications for the position of full-time police officer. Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid SC driver’s license, have a high school diploma or GED. Must undergo background and credit check. Applications are available on line at www.mullinssc.us or through Human Resources and will be accepted at City Hall, 1100 S Gapway Street, Mullins SC 29574 until all positions are filled. The City of Mullins is working with the City of Marion to provide shelter from the extreme temperatures we expect over the next week or two. The shelter is located at the Marion City Fire Department. People needing transportation to the facility may report to the Mullins City Fire station and transportation will be arranged as soon as it is available. Residents may call the Mullins Fire Station at 843-464-8755 with any questions.
