The South Carolina Tobacco Museum is located in the historic train depot in the center of downtown Mullins at the intersection of N.E. Front and Main streets. Mullins is in the Pee Dee Region of South Carolina. From I-95, take Hwy. 76 East into Mullins. From Myrtle Beach, take Hwy. 501 inland and then exit right onto Hwy. 41 North. There are ample parking spaces for vehicles, handicapped and tour buses. Parking for vehicles may also be found along Main, N.E. Front & S.E. Front Streets.
